Switching to the new ONIT app? Here are answers to the questions we hear most. If you don't see yours, open the menu, tap Settings, and tap Email support.
Do I need a new login?
No. Use the same email and password you already use for ONIT. See Getting the New ONIT App.
Can I keep using the original app?
Yes, for now. Both apps share the same data, so anything you add or confirm in one shows up in the other. The original app will stop working at the end of 2026, so we recommend switching now.
I updated my app, but it looks the same.
The new app is a separate download. Look for ONIT 2.0 in the App Store or Google Play, or go to onit.app on your phone.
Where did Around Me go?
It's now part of the Games page. Tap Filters, then use Location to search near you or anywhere else. See Using the Games Page.
How do I switch between Amateur and Pro?
Open the menu and choose a mode under Mode at the bottom. See Navigating ONIT and Switching Modes.
Why am I seeing fewer games than I expected?
The Games page may be set to Games with prospects. Tap Filters and switch to All games to see every game. Also check the date range at the top and any filter chips that are still active.
Why didn't I get a look on a prospect?
ONIT counts a look when the prospect had an active status in a game that's confirmed on your itinerary, once the game is over. For events, the prospect needs to be listed under Prospects attending and the event needs to be confirmed. See Prospects, Tracking, and Looks.
I'm not getting notifications.
Make sure Push notifications is on in ONIT's Settings, and that notifications are allowed for ONIT 2.0 in your phone's settings. See Notifications in ONIT.
Can I use the app in Spanish?
Yes. Open the menu, tap Settings, and choose Español under Language.
