If the Games page is showing fewer games than you expect, it's almost always one of a few settings. Work through these in order.
1. Check Games with Prospects vs. All Games
By default, the Games page can be set to show only Games with prospects, meaning games that include at least one of your organization's prospects. To see every game:
Tap Filters.
At the top of the panel, tap All games.
Tap Apply filters.
2. Check Your Date Range
The date range at the top of the Games page defaults to about a week. If you're looking for a game further out, tap the date range and extend it. Also make sure All dates is selected in the row of day chips, not a single day.
3. Clear Leftover Filters
Active filters show as chips across the top of the Games page. A filter from an earlier search, especially one from AI Search, may still be on. Tap the × on any chip to remove it, or open Filters and tap Clear to start fresh.
4. Check Your Mode
Amateur, Pro, and International each have their own games. If you're looking for a minor league game, make sure you're in Pro mode. You'll see AMAT, PRO, or INT next to the menu icon. See Navigating ONIT and Switching Modes.
5. Check Whether the Game Is in ONIT
If a team's schedule hasn't been loaded yet, its games won't appear. See Schedule not appearing on team? You can also add the game yourself. See Creating a Game or Event.
Still Missing?
Open the menu, tap Settings, and tap Email support. Let us know which game you're looking for, and we'll track it down.
