Player Schedule Not Appearing in ONIT? It May Be Due to Duplicate Teams
If you're experiencing an issue where a player's schedule isn't appearing in ONIT, it may be caused by duplicate teams in your system. This often happens when your internal tech team inadvertently creates a "new team" while pushing the player into ONIT from your internal system. As a result, the player gets assigned to the duplicate team while the schedule remains linked to the original team, creating a disconnect.
How to Resolve the Issue
Go to the Teams page in ONIT and search for the team whose schedule you want to see.
Use different keywords to search for the team (e.g., "T.C. HS," "TC High School," "Temple Christian High School") to check if duplicate teams exist.
If you find a duplicate team where the player is on one team and the schedule is on another, email support@onitapp.io and request a team merge. Be sure to Cc your internal coordinator so they are aware and can help prevent duplicate team creation in the future.
