If you're having trouble receiving push notifications to your mobile device, follow the below steps to make sure you've given ONIT permission to send you in-app notifications.
For iOS (iPhone or iPad)
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on Notifications.
3. Scroll down and find ONIT - Pro Scouting
4. Make sure all 5 buttons are turned on (green)
5. Change your notification Alert Style to "Alerts"
For Android Mobile Devices
1. On your Android device, tap Apps > Settings > MORE
2. Tap Application manager > DOWNLOADED
3. Tap on the ONIT - Pro Scouting app
4. Select the check box next to Show Notifications to enable push notifications
