Confirming a game or event tells ONIT, and the rest of your staff, that you're definitely going. It turns the game green on your itinerary, and it's what lets ONIT count a look on the prospects you see. Games and events you add start out unconfirmed, so get in the habit of confirming once your plans are set.
Confirming a Game
Open a prospect and tap the Games tab.
Find a game that's on your itinerary. It will have a check mark on the card.
Tap Confirm.
If the game isn't on your itinerary yet, tap Attend first, then Confirm.
Confirming an Event
Open the event from your itinerary.
On the Details tab, tap Confirmed.
If you aren't attending yet, tap Attending first. For events, make sure the prospects you saw are listed under Prospects attending, since those are the prospects ONIT counts looks for.
Why Confirming Matters
Your itinerary — confirmed games and events show in green, so you and your staff can see at a glance what's locked in.
Looks — ONIT counts a look on a prospect when they have an active status in a game that's confirmed on your itinerary, once the game is over. For events, ONIT counts a look for each prospect listed under Prospects attending once the event is confirmed.
Double Ups — ONIT builds Double Up recommendations around your confirmed games and events.
Your calendar — confirmed games and events are what sync to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
