This guide explains how to customize the Scout List View on your Itinerary. Your Scout List View also controls the configuration of your daily coverage email. Please note that these settings are unique to you—any changes you make are private and will not affect other users in the organization.
How to Update Your Scout List View
1. In a web browser (best if on computer), log in to www.onitapp.io and select Itinerary.
2. Select Scout List.
3. Select Customize Scout List.
4. Here, you can create a new Group Label (if you want). To do so, type in the new group name and select Add Group.
5. Drag and drop individuals from the "Scouts" group or from other pre-created groups into your new custom group.
6. Lastly, you can also re-order the scouts within a group by dragging and dropping them.
7. If you want to re-order the actual groups, use the up and down arrows.
8. When everything looks good, be sure to Save List View.
9. Go back to your Scout List View, the new changes are live (refresh the page if you're not seeing it right away).
10. This same order will be used for your daily scout coverage email from ONIT.
