Your itinerary is where all of your planning comes together. In the new ONIT app, you can add a single game, pick just the few you want, or add a team's whole schedule. You can also send games to other scouts' itineraries at the same time. This article walks through the places you can add games from and how sharing with other scouts works.
Adding Games from a Team's Schedule
This is the fastest way to add several games at once.
Open the menu, tap Teams, and tap the team you want.
Tap the Games tab.
Tap the circle on each game you want to add. You can pick one game, a handful, or all of them.
Tap Add to Itinerary at the bottom of the screen. The button shows how many games you've selected.
Choosing Whose Itinerary
After you tap Add to Itinerary, ONIT asks where the games should go:
Add to my itinerary — adds the games to your own itinerary. This is checked by default.
Share with scouts — check any other scouts whose itineraries should get the games, too.
You can add games to your itinerary and a teammate's in the same step, or uncheck Add to my itinerary to send them only to someone else. Tap Confirm selection to finish. Scouts you add games for will get an Itinerary Addition Alert if they have it turned on.
Adding a Game from a Prospect's Schedule
Open a prospect and tap the Games tab.
Find the game you want and tap Attend.
Once a game is on your itinerary, a check mark appears on the card and the button changes to Confirm, so you can confirm it right from the same screen.
Adding a Double Up
When ONIT recommends a Double Up on your Dashboard, or on the Double Ups tab of any game, tap Add to itinerary on the recommendation to add it in one step.
Unconfirmed vs. Confirmed
Games you add start out unconfirmed, shown in gray on your itinerary. Once you know you're going, confirm the game and it turns green. Confirming matters: ONIT only counts a look on a prospect when the game is confirmed on your itinerary.
Need a Hand?
If you run into any issues adding games to your itinerary or someone else's, open the menu, tap Settings, and tap Email support, and we'll get you sorted out.
