Here are rules to follow if you notice a player is on the wrong team in ONIT.
For Scouts: If a player is on the wrong team, send an email to your scouting coordinator so they can determine if it's an error in your internal system or a mapping issue between ONIT and your internal system.
For Scouting Coordinators (ONIT Admins): If a player is on the wrong team in ONIT and players in your ONIT instance come directly from your internal system via system integration, 99% of the time it's a team mapping issue between your internal system and ONIT.
Steps to resolve team mapping issue:
Double check that the player is on the right team in your internal system. If he's not, then change it and on the next player push (from your internal system to ONIT) the issue will resolve.
If he is on the right team in your internal system, send the player name, player school and what you have internally as the school EBIS ID for that player's school to support@onitapp.io. From here we can trouble shoot and fix the mapping between that team in your internal system and ONIT and get the player to the right team in your ONIT instance.
For Scouting Coordinators (ONIT Admins): If a player is on the wrong team in ONIT but you don't have system integration in place, simply go to that prospects page in ONIT, tap edit and change the team name for that player.
