Your itinerary is the payoff for all of your planning. It shows where you're going, and if your organization allows it, where everyone else on your staff is going too. Your itinerary works the same way in Amateur, Pro, and International mode, so every game and event you've added shows up in one place.
Calendar View
Open the menu and tap Itinerary. You'll start in Calendar View, a month at a glance with a dot on every day that has a game or event. Tap any day to see its games and events below the calendar, including which scouts are attending each one.
What the Colors Mean
ONIT uses the same color legend everywhere you see games and events:
Green — confirmed. You're going.
Gray — added by you, but not yet confirmed.
White — added to your itinerary by someone else.
Blue — an event, such as a showcase, workout, or tournament.
Seeing Another Scout's Itinerary
Tap the blue person icon in the lower-right.
Under Other Scouts, search for or tap the scout you want.
Their calendar opens with their name at the top. To get back to your own, tap the person icon and choose My Itinerary.
Scout List View
Tap the list icon in the upper-right to see your whole staff's week side by side. Each row is a scout, each column is a day, and every game or event shows in its slot, so you can spot gaps and overlaps in your coverage at a glance.
Tap Today or use the arrows to move between weeks.
Use Search itinerary to find a specific team or game.
Switch between Default and Custom to change how scouts are grouped.
Custom groupings, such as scouts organized by region in the order you want, are set up in the ONIT web app, and they'll show up in the mobile app automatically. Scout List View is available based on your organization's permissions.
Adding an Event
Tap the orange + in the lower-right to create a new event right from your itinerary.
