Viewing Games in ONIT Pro

The Games section is where you’ll spend most of your time planning coverage. This article walks through logging in, filtering the schedule, and using the three ways to view games — List View, Series View, and Calendar View — so you can quickly build out your itinerary.

Logging In

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to: https://onitapp.io/app/#/login

  2. Enter the email address and password associated with your club’s ONIT account.

  3. Once signed in, you’ll land on the Dashboard. From the top navigation bar, click Games to open the schedule.

Getting to Games

The Games page is your central hub for every game on the schedule within your environment. Along the top of the page, you’ll see three view options:

  • List View — every individual game in a flat, sortable list.

  • Series View — games grouped by series so you can plan multi-day coverage at a glance.

  • Calendar View — a month-at-a-glance layout of every game on the schedule.

You can switch between them at any time without losing your filter settings.

Filtering the Schedule

Click the orange Filter button in the upper-left to narrow the schedule down to exactly what you need. The filter panel lets you set:

  • Start and End dates — define the window you’re planning for.

  • Grade, Level, and League — narrow by competition level or league.

  • Organizations — check the boxes for the clubs you’re looking to cover.

Once you’ve made your selections, hit Apply and the list will update. You can also save frequent filter combinations using Save Current Filter and pull them up later from the Saved Filters dropdown.

Using Series View

Series View is one of the most useful layouts for scouts because it groups games together by series rather than listing them as one-offs. If you filter the schedule out over the next couple of weeks and select four organizations, Series View will show you every series those clubs are playing during that window — grouped by matchup.

Each row represents a full series and shows you:

  • The date range of the series (e.g. Mon 4/20/2026 – Wed 4/22/2026)

  • Both teams involved

  • How many games are in the series

  • How many attendees you already have assigned

  • The location

Click any series row to expand it. You’ll see every individual game in that series with date, first-pitch time, the projected lineups for both clubs, and the game location. From there, check the Attend box on the games you want to add to your itinerary.

Series View with the Baltimore Orioles vs. Kansas City Royals series expanded to show all three games.

This is especially useful when you’re planning coverage across multiple clubs — instead of scrolling through dozens of individual games, you can quickly scan the series in your window and decide which matchups are worth attending.

If Series View Isn’t for You: Calendar View

If List View and Series View don’t fit how you like to plan, Calendar View gives you a full month-at-a-glance layout of every game on the schedule. You can toggle between month, week, and day views in the upper-left, and navigate forward or backward using the arrow controls.

Two visual cues make Calendar View particularly helpful:

  • Games already on your itinerary are marked with a check mark.

  • Games involving an organization you’re assigned to cover appear in blue so your coverage targets stand out from the rest of the schedule.
