Sending ONIT HS Schedules

How to send ONIT a high school schedule to have the games created and synced to your ONIT account.

Here are the two ways you can send us HS schedules for our team to build and sync with your account.

Send HS Schedules Via Email

You can send the high school schedule via email. Send the hard copy or link to schedules@onitapp.io. You must:

  1. Send the schedule from your work email address.

  2. Include the High School's name, city and state in the subject or body of your email

Sending HS Schedules Through the ONIT Web App

1. Login to onitapp.io and go to Teams


2. Search for the team whose schedule you will be sending us and click the name. Be sure you have the correct team. If you can't find it, try searching for it a few different ways. If you still can't find it, create a new team.

3. Click Upload Schedule.


4. Select Hard Copy (PDF, Spreadsheet, Image) 


5. Add additional Comments about the schedule you're sending as you see appropriate. Examples include where the team plays neutral site games, or if their home ballpark address isn't the school address.


6. 

 ONIT will then begin to build your schedule. Within 3 business days, you should receive a notification when the schedule has been created and is in your account.
